video-frame-hold — Traditional AI Model
Video Frame Hold gives smooth generated video the stepped motion of hand-drawn 2D animation. Each picture is held for two frames ("on twos"), so a 24fps clip shows 12 drawings a second while staying 24fps and the same length, with its audio intact. Three or four frames per picture give a choppier, limited-animation look. FFmpeg, CPU.
