video-concat — Traditional AI Model
Joins every clip in a list into one video, in order, normalizing resolution, fps, pixel format and audio first — silence is synthesized where a clip has none, so the seams do not drift or pop. FFmpeg.

Inputs & Outputs
- ClipsInputlist:video
Video list to join into a single video (joined in list order)
- VideoOutputvideo
Single concatenated video
Parameters
- widthintegerdefault 1080range 16–7680advanced
Output width. Every clip is scaled to fit and padded to this canvas.
- heightintegerdefault 1920range 16–7680advanced
Output height. Every clip is scaled to fit and padded to this canvas.
- fpsintegerdefault 30range 1–120advanced
Output frame rate. Every clip is retimed to this constant rate.
- seam_fade_msintegerdefault 0range 0–5000advanced
Short audio fade at each clip's head/tail to remove clicks/pops at the joins. 0 = off (clean hard cut). Video stays hard-cut and A/V length is unchanged.
- transition_msintegerdefault 0range 0–2000
Overlap between clips in milliseconds: each clip blends into the next. 0 = hard cut. The video gets shorter by this much at every join.
Length of the transition at every join, in ms. 0 (default) is the hard cut. With e.g. 400, each clip's last 0.4s blends into the next clip's first 0.4s, picture and sound together, so the output is (clips - 1) x 0.4s shorter than a hard-cut join — trim clips with that in mind. Rounded to whole frames, and shortened when needed so every clip keeps at least one frame of its own; clips too short to blend at all are hard-cut. While transitions are on, seam_fade_ms is not applied (the blend already smooths the sound), except to a single clip.
- transitionstringdefault crossfadeoptions: crossfade, fade_black
How clips blend when transition_ms is above 0: crossfade dissolves one into the next, fade_black dips through black.
Style of the transition when transition_ms > 0. 'crossfade' (default): the outgoing clip dissolves into the incoming one. 'fade_black': the picture dips to black and comes back up. The sound crossfades either way. Ignored when transition_ms is 0.

- Audio Finish
Normalize a video's loudness to a broadcast target (2-pass loudnorm + peak limiter).
- Audio Mix
Mix narration, music and sound effects into one track, with ducking and loudness.
- Audio Replace / Mix
Replace or mix a clip's audio with a new sound, keeping the video as is.
- Chroma Compose
Cut a green-screen person out of one video and place them over another.
- Hook Teaser (Cold Open)
Prepend a cold-open teaser of each clip's hook moment to the front.
- Ken Burns (Still to Video)
Animate a still image into a video with a moving crop window.
- Narration Mux (Cold Open)
Prepend a voiceover cold-open (frozen first frame + narration) to a clip.
