nsfw_image_detection — Classification AI Model
Adult Content Detection scores an image as normal or nsfw with a confidence value — moderation queues, automatic filtering, or a gate in front of a generator so unsafe input never reaches it. CPU, sub-second.
What it does
Adult Content Detection is a binary image classifier: it looks at a picture and reports whether it contains explicit content, with a confidence score attached to the answer.
It accepts any image at any size and runs on CPU in under a second, cheap enough to sit in front of every upload, or in front of a generator so unsafe input never reaches it.
When to use it
- Filtering user-generated uploads before anything is published
- Screening a batch of images at once rather than one at a time
- A first-pass filter, with people reviewing the edge cases
- A gate in front of a generator, so unsafe input never reaches it
- Cutting the volume a human moderation queue has to look through
